I grew up in Greater Vancouver and began my culinary journey at TRU Culinary Arts in 2003. After completing the Professional Cook program in 2004, I returned to Vancouver, where I gained invaluable experience working at some of the most prestigious restaurants and private clubs across British Columbia. My culinary career continued to flourish as I completed my apprenticeship, and later, my wife and I successfully opened and operated our own restaurant for several years. Today, I am proud to teach at TRU, where I have the privilege of sharing my passion for the culinary arts and mentoring the next generation of talented chefs.
