The Faculty of Adventure, Culinary Arts and Tourism combines the study of exciting, powerful and enriching human experiences.
Our goal is to prepare students as professionals for a range of careers such as outdoor adventure guiding, leadership and management within the tourism sector, crafting cuisine for modern bistros and fine dining restaurants and enabling memorable experiences.
In addition to helping students realize their full professional potential, our faculty is also invested in developing local communities and exploring global perspectives.
