Learn the fundamentals and the artistry of food preparation in a hands-on environment that includes practical experience producing international gourmet fare for our on-campus public cafeteria. Earn Professional Cook 1 and 2 certification in three semesters (44 weeks), with the option to complete a Professional Cook 3 Apprenticeship.

Admission Requirements
Limited admission
- Grade 10 (or equivalent)
- Successful completion of the FOODSAFE certificate
*Students may apply without Food Safe certification however, they must provide evidence of successful completion during the first week of classes. - Successful medical exam
- Successful entry assessment test
- Interview with program coordinator
